Competitive Wages

GVHC offers competitive wages, as much as big city providers or better, and living in the Central Valley will mean a lower cost of living.



Paid Time Off

Capped at 2 times accrual rate:
13 Days (1st thru 5th year)
18 Days (5th thru 10th year)
23 Days (10th year or more)



CME Benefits

CME up to $3000 per year, 5 days of dedicated CME time, as well as paying for your CA License, your DEA, and 1 professional society in your specialty.



Holiday Pay

10 Days – designated days already scheduled



Health Insurance

Medical, Dental , Vision, Rx (some cost to employee). Effective 1st of the month, following 30 days of employment.



Life Insurance + AD&D

1.5 x base annual salary (no cost to employee), Class 1 maximum benefit $750,000, Class 2 maximum benefit $200,000. Effective 1st of the month, following 30 days of employment. Voluntary option available up to 9x your annual salary not to exceed $500,000.



Long Term Disability Insurance

60% of wages prior to disability (no cost to employee), Class 1 maximum benefit $18,000, Class 2 maximum benefit $6,000. Effective 1st of the month, following 30 days of employment.



Retirement

Variable % per the Board of Directors (Annually); Vesting schedule as follows: Year 1 20% vested; Year 2 40% vested and Year 3 100% vested.



403(B) Retirement Savings Plan

Includes pre-tax and Roth savings options.



Loan Forgiveness

Because GVHC is in a Health Provider Shortage Area, providers are eligible for both NHSC federal loan repayment and the California State Loan repayment program offered to primary care, dental, mental, & behavioral health care providers.


