Sponsorships

Requests for Sponsorship must be submitted in writing, using the GVHC Foundation Sponsorship Request Form.

GVHCF’s priority in providing sponsorships is limited to nonprofit, community, or school-based groups located in our service areas that meet the following priorities:

• Public health objectives were identified through the Merced, Stanislaus, and San Joaquin counties.
• Currently unmet community health and/or social service needs.
• Health needs assessments.
• Health Education related needs.
• Civic or community benefit events.
• Economic or community development efforts.
• Arts and cultural efforts.

If you feel your organization meets these criteria, please email foundation@gvhc.org to request the application form.

Sponsorship funding will vary and applications will be reviewed on an individual basis. See application deadlines below. GVHCF reserves the right to deny any request, at its sole discretion. Funding in prior years does not guarantee continued funding in any subsequent year.
