Golden Valley Health Centers Rehabilitation team is comprised of licensed, skilled Physical and Occupational Therapists who utilize exercises, stretching techniques, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment to ease patient pain, help increase mobility, prevent further injury, and facilitate health and wellness. We treat both acute and chronic conditions and injuries. Specialized treatments are used to treat multiple medical conditions and other injuries that cause dysfunction and pain.
Physical and Occupational Therapy hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M-12:00 P.M. and 1-5 P.M. For information on care call (209) 722-4842. Physical and Occupational Therapy are part of rehabilitation services offered at 1524 McHenry Avenue, Suite 330 in Modesto, CA 95350.
- Evaluation of condition and physical examination
- Development of treatment plan suitable for patient diagnosis
- Treatment plan implementation using exercises, stretching and specialized therapy techniques
- Comprehensive Home Exercise Program (HEP)
- Progress evaluation and program modification shared with patient’s referring provider

Occupational Therapy:
- Shoulder, elbow and hand pain
- Carpel Tunnel syndrome
- Hand/tendon lacerations and other trauma aftercare

- Upper extremity scar management from burns
